📦 Champion Shilajit – Shipping Policy

Welcome to Champion Shilajit!
We aim to deliver your products safely, quickly, and with complete transparency.
Please read our shipping guidelines below:

1. Delivery Time (Pakistan Only)

We deliver all orders across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

Standard Delivery Time:

  • 2 – 5 Working Days (Major Cities)

  • 3 – 7 Working Days (Other Cities & Remote Areas)

Note: Delivery time may vary during holidays, sales, or weather conditions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 – Rs. 300(Depending on city & courier)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on all orders

  • Free Shipping: Available on selected products or special promotions

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next working day.

  • No orders are processed on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for all products.

  • Please ensure your phone number is reachable for confirmation.

  • Orders may be cancelled if customer is unreachable after multiple attempts.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier partner details
    You can track your shipment on the courier’s website.

6. Shipping Delays

Your shipment may experience delays due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier strikes

  • Seasonal rush (Ramzan, Eid, 11.11, 12.12 sales)

  • Incorrect address or phone number

If your order is delayed, our support team will assist you promptly.

7. Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

  • If a wrong or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed.

  • Re-delivery may require additional charges.

Please provide accurate complete address, active phone number, and landmarks (if needed).

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or missing items, inform us within 24 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos & videos of the package and product
    We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Champion Shilajit delivers only within Pakistan.
International shipping will be available soon.
